F掺杂V2O5/TiO2催化剂氨法SCR脱硝反应动力学研究
Kinetics study of the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 over F-doped V2O5/TiO2 catalyst
采用溶胶凝胶制备了F掺杂的TiO2载体,利用共沉淀法制备了F掺杂的V2O5/TiO2催化剂样品,研究了F掺杂V2O5/TiO2催化剂上氨选择性催化还原NO的活性,对其NO转化的反应速率进行测定。运用Eley-Rideal机理确定了相关的动力学参数,推导出本征动力学方程,得到反应的活化能为10.09 kJ/mol, 在消除内外扩散影响和NH3/NO比大于1的情况下,NO的反应级数为1.17,当O2含量大于5%时,O2的反应级数为0,O2含量小于5%时,O2的反应级数为2.09, 从而可以得到F掺杂V2O5/TiO2催化剂催化反应速率方程式.
F-doped V2O5/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel and impregnation methods. The reaction kinetics was studied on the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 over the catalysts. According to the experimental data, the correlative kinetics parameters were determined based on Eley-Rideal mechanism model. The intrinsic kinetic equation was obtained. The activation energy of the reaction was 10.09 kJ/mol. When eliminating the influence of internal and extemal diffusion, reaction order of NO was 1.17. Reaction order of O2 was zero when O2 content being more than 5% and Reaction order of O2 was zero when O2 content being more than 5%. And reaction order of O2 was 2.09 when O2 content being less than 5%. Thus reaction rate equation of F-doped V2O5/TiO2 catalyst could be attained.
