新农村建设中的社会保障问题的研究

社会保障是社会安定的重要保证。而农村社会保障是具有中国特色的保障形式，也是实现城乡协调发展，实现经济社会协调发展，建设社会主义新农村和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要途径。随着效益与风险并存的市场经济的日益完善，如何建立与之相适应的农村社会保障，已成为社会日益关注的焦点和农民的迫切愿望。本文通过对辽宁省东港市菩萨庙镇小岛村目前的社会保障问题的研究，了解小岛村社会保障的基本情况，解决其所出现的问题，为今后小岛村及其他类似地区的社会保障建设提供参考与借鉴。
