弱碱离子交换纤维对含铬废水的资源化治理新工艺
New recycling technology of chromium from plating wastewater by weak base ion exchange fiber
以自制弱碱阴离子交换纤维为吸附剂,通过三柱串联方法对含铬电镀废水进行了资源化治理研究,并考察了多离子共存对六价铬吸附容量与选择性能的影响。结果表明:饱和吸附、洗脱液循环使用等工艺,该纤维在多离子共存复杂体系中具有优异的选择性吸附六价铬性能,其饱和吸附容量可达300mg g-1以上,回收液中Cr(VI)浓度维持在35.3g L-1~49.5g L-1,Cl-基本无检出;该新型功能纤维经5次吸附再生循环,吸附容量基本保持不变,具有很好的实际应用前景。
he resource recovery of wastewater containing chromium was investigated by three -column system with fibrous weak alkaline anion exchange materials, and the influence of multi-ionic coexisting system was evaluated for the selective adsorption of Cr(VI). The results showed that the novel fibrous adsorbent possess excellent selective adsorptive performance for Cr(VI) by saturated adsorption and concentrated circulation of elution solution. The saturation capacity of weak alkaline anion exchange fiber is about 300mg g-1, the CCr(VI) and CCl- in eluant were 35.3g L-1~49.5g L-1 and 0g L-1, respectively. After five adsorption- regeneration cycles the fibrous adsorbent still has excellent adsorption performance.
