当前中国的房地产市场已经严重过热,给国家经济和社会都产生了严重的影响。最近中央的宏观调控政策连续对房地产市场打出重拳,但是由于房地产股在A股市场的大权重所引起的随之而来的A股市场的下跌也引发了人们对房地产调控影响全国经济形势的的担忧,尤其是在欧洲债务危机以来全球经济二次探底可能性大增的情况下,虽然中央政府确有通过宏观调控来稳定房价的决心,但是由于很多既定存在的因素使得中央调控的效果并不理想。本文从建立房地产市场调控长效机制的立场出发,立足金融创新,提出了通过建立房地产价格指数认沽期权的方式,稳定房地产市场。

This article from the establishment of long-term mechanism of regulation of the real estate market standpoint based on financial innovation, made through the establishment of real estate price index put options approach, stable real estate market.
