Ni2P-MoP2/NF纳米材料用于电催化析氢
Ni2P-MoP2 nanomaterials grown on NF for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution
本文以高导电泡沫镍为基底,通过先水热后磷化的方法制备了磷化物复合材料(Ni2P-MoP2/NF)电催化剂,并且通过XRD和SEM对其物相和形貌进行了表征,同时也对其酸性条件下的析氢活性进行了研究。结果表明,成功制备了Ni2P-MoP2/NF催化剂,并且由于该催化剂较小的电荷转移电阻、较大的电化学活性表面积以及钼镍元素的协同作用,表现出比MoP2/NF优异的析氢性能,10mA?cm-2对应的过电位为96mV。由于泡沫镍基底的引入,在测试过程中,Ni2P-MoP2/NF直接作为电极使用,表现出长时间优异的稳定性。
In this paper,the phosphide composite (Ni2P-MoP2/NF) electrocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal followed by phosphating on the substrate of high conductive NF, and its phase and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM, at the same time, the activity of hydrogen evolution under alkaline condition was also studied. The results show that the Ni2P-MoP2/NF catalyst has been successfully prepared, and its hydrogen evolution performance is better than that of MoP2/NF because of the lower charge transfer resistance, the larger electrochemical active surface area and the synergistic effect of Mo and Ni, the overpotential of 10mA cm-2 is 96 mV. Because of the introduction of carbon cloth substrate, Ni2P-MoP2/NF was used directly as electrode during the test process, which showed excellent stability for a long time.
