由于煤粉燃烧受热面区域的气固两相流场测量难度较大,为预测分解炉内部流场与两相流浓度场分布规律,以FLUENT为平台,建立了分解炉内煤粉燃烧模型。用PDF来定义燃料成分,气相湍流流动采用标准的 k -ε方程模型 ,气相为无滑移边界条件。颗粒相采用随机轨道模型。采用二阶迎风格式,利用有限差分法来离散微分方程 ,对控制方程的求解采用 SIMPLE算法。得到了燃烧炉内部气体分布场 ,速度云图及温度分布规律。亦对分解炉内NO的生成进行了数值模拟研究。揭示了挥发分燃烧的过程,剖析了NO的生成机理 ,为煤粉在分解炉内的优化燃烧提供了重要的理论依据。

It is difficult to measure the flow of gas- solid phase for coal combustion. In order o predict the flow field and the rule of two phases concentration distribution, a model of a simplied coal combustion with FLUENT procedure was set up. The fuel composition was defined in PDF,standard k –ε and no-slip boundary condition were used for the gas phase turbulence . Coal particles phase makes use of stochastic tracking model. Second –step windward format, finite difference method and SIMPLE arithmetic were utilized to discrete and solve a reacting equation. The distribution of gas fraction was obtained, as well as the velocity contour and the distribution of temperature were displayed . The formation of NO was simulated as well. The process of combustion was showed and the mechanism of the formative NO was also simulated, which is conductive to reconstructing of the pulverized coal stove.
