基于聚酰亚胺绝热层的热释电红外探测器的二维热分析
hermal Analysis of Pyroelectric Infrared Detector with Polyimide Thermal-Isolation Structure
针对目前常见的几种非制冷红外探测器绝热结构,提出了一种基于聚酰亚胺绝热层的新型非制冷红外探测器结构。利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了基于聚酰亚胺绝热结构的热释电薄膜红外探测器的二维模型,并对其进行了热分析,得到了探测器内的温度场分布。分析了聚酰亚胺绝热层对温度场的影响,并将具有聚酰亚胺绝热层的热释电薄膜红外探测器与微桥结构探测器的性能进行了比较。
ompared with several common view of the current uncooled infrared detector thermal-isolation structure, a new type of uncooled infrared detector with polyimide thermal-isolation structure is presented. Two-dimensional models of pyroelectric thin film infrared detectors with polyimide thermal-isolation structure is built and it’s thermal analyses is performed by utilizing ANSYS. The temperature distribution of detectors is obtained. The influence of polyimide thermal-isolation structure on temperature distribution is analyzed and the performance of the detector compared with that of micro-bridge structure.
