脉动注射保压过程中的压力损失
Pressure Losses in the Packing Stage of Pulsatiled Injection Molding
用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料,在中心浇口圆盘模腔脉动压力诱导注射成型过程中,测定了模具和喷嘴之间的压力,研究了保压过程中的压力损失。结果表明,脉动压力诱导注射可提高喷嘴压力和模腔压力;与稳态注射相比,在保压阶段,脉动压力诱导注射模腔中的压力损失要小,有利于保压补缩;存在某一频率和振幅,可使振动力场对保压过程中模腔压力损失最小。
Pressures in the mold and the nozzle in the pulsatiled injection molding (PIM) of center-gated disk moldings for low density polyethylene (LDPE) have been monitored. The pressure loss in the cavity during packing stage also has been investigated. The results showed that PIM can enhance the nozzle and the cavity pressure, the pressure losses in cavity in case of vibration are less than those in case of non-vibration during packing stage, there is a certain frequency and amplitude to make the cavity pressure losses least during packing stage.
