实时语音监听与回放系统利用嵌入式采集卡将需要监听的不同频段的无线电音频数据通过IP网络以RTP/UDP协议传送到数据处理中心,由中心服务器对音频数据进行实时播放和处理,包括对音频数据以WAV文件格式存档回放。对音频传送和存储的数据分别进行G.729A和GSM610格式数据压缩,以提高带宽利用率和存储效率。本文分析了语音监听与回放的相关关键技术:流媒体实时传输技术和语音压缩技术。提出了实时语音监听回放系统的系统结构和详细设计,包括音频采集播放、压缩编解码、RTCP传输控制和音频文件读写模块的设计。利用VC++ 6.0平台编码实现了整个系统,并通过了系统测试。最后提出了系统的自适应同步传输优化方案和语音压缩算法的实现。

he real-time monitoring and playing audio system transmits the radio audio data collected by hardware device to data processing center on RTP/UDP protocol through IP network and the center server plays real-time data and saves them in Wave format. The audio data need to be compressed and decompressed in G.729A or GSM610 format in order to improve band utilization and storage efficient. This paper introduces and analyzes the critical technology about audio monitoring and playing: real-time transmission technology and audio compression technology in streaming media. attempting to supply a detailed system architecture and design of real-time monitoring and playing audio system, including collecting and playing audio module, compression codec module, RTCP transmission control module and reading/writing wave file module. The whole system is implemented on VC++6.0 platform and passed the system test. At last, this paper introduces the optimization of auto-adapting synchronize transmitting scheme and implements the audio compression algorithm.
