纳米环中激子的维数和相互作用效应
imension and interaction effects of excitons in nanorings
我们使用分区级数解法和变分对角化方法研究了不同维数纳米环中的激子态,发现库仑作用对激子能级和结合能随环的半径和宽度变化规律有重要的影响。我们的研究将有利于理解一维激子到二维激子的转变。
Exact and variation-diagonalization solutions are obtained and used to study exciton states in nanorings with different dimensions. It is found that the attractive Coulomb interaction with a regular singular point plays an important role in the variation of the energy levels and binding energies with the radius and width of a nanoring. The studies will be helpful for understanding the transition of exciton states from one- to two- dimensions.
