在本文中我们研究了六角氮化硼纳米带(BNNRs)的热输运性质。通过计算其声子谱和热导,我们发现BNNRs拥有优良的热输运性质。BNNRs的热导可与石墨纳米带(GNRs)的热导相比拟,在室温下甚至还能高于后者。对描述BNNRs热导特征的公式进行了拟合,并揭示了T^1.5依赖关系在决定BNNRs热输运中的关键作用。此外,显著的热导各向异性也在BNNRs中观察到。在室温下,锯齿形BNNRs的热导要比扶手形的热导高20%。这些结果说明BNNRs可以应用成为低维热器件的重要组成部分。
he thermal transport properties of hexagonal boron nitride nanoribbons (BNNRs) are investigated. By calculating the phonon spectrum and thermal conductance, it is found that the BNNRs possess excellent thermal transport properties. The thermal conductance of BNNRs can be comparable to that of graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) and even exceed the later below the room temperature. A fitting formula is obtained to describe the features of thermal conductance in BNNRs, which reveals a critical role of the T^1.5 dependence in determining the thermal transport. In addition, an obviously anisotropic thermal transport phenomenon is observed in the nanoribbons. The thermal conductivity of zigzag-edged BNNRs is shown to have about 20% larger than that of armchair-edged nanoribbons at room temperature. The findings indicate that the BNNRs can be applied as important components of excellent thermal devices.
