etraspanin蛋白是一类跨膜四次的膜蛋白，本文测序分析金龟子绿僵菌侵染蝗虫表皮阶段的cDNA文库，获得了金龟子绿僵菌的tetraspanin cDNA序列，以cDNA为探针从金龟子绿僵菌的DNA文库中克隆到了tetraspanin基因，并对tetraspanin蛋白进行了结构与进化分析, Soutern-blot分析表明tetraspanin基因在绿僵菌基因组中以单拷贝形式存在。
etraspanin is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains. In this report, gene encoding tetraspanin of Metarhizium anisopliae was identified, and the structure and phylogeny of tetraspanin of Metarhizium anisopliae were analyzed. Southern-blot analysis showed that tetraspanin gene exists in Metarhizium anisopliae genome as single copy.
