4-氨基苄醇的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of 4-Aminobenzyl Alcohol
以氯化苄为原料,经4步反应制得4-氨基苄醇,氯化苄用发烟硝酸和浓硫酸混酸硝化得对硝基氯化苄,对硝基氯化苄与醋酸钠发生取代反应生成对硝基苄酯再用15%氢氧化钠水解制得对硝基苯甲醇,对硝基苯甲醇以氯化铁和活性炭为催化剂用水合肼还原制得目标化合物。
4-Aminobenzy Alcohol was prepared by four-step reactions starting from benzyl chloride. p-Nitro benzyl chloride was prepared by the nitration of benzyl chloride with fuming nitric acid and dense sulfuric acid. p-Nitro benzyl chloride was Substituted by sodium acetic anhydrous to produce p-Nitro benzyl acetate , which was hydrolyzed by 15% sodium hydroxide to p-Nitro benzyl alcohol. p-Nitro benzyl alcohol was reduced by hydrazine hydrate in the presence of iron chloride and actived carbon as catalyst gave the title compound.
