西北地区科技力量评价及SWOT分析

Based on the defining of the power of science and technology, this paper evaluates the science and technology degree of Northwest of China from five aspects such as human resources of science and technology, R&D funds investment, the number of science and technology paper, the number of patent, the production of science and technology industrial degree. And this paper analyses the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of development of the power of science and technology of Northwest of China. The results indicate that the level of development of the power of science and technology of Northwest of China is rather low and opportunity and threat of development exist at the same time.
