目的:探讨电针疗法能否有效地保护脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能和促进缺血区血管新生。方法:采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,电针"百会"、"水沟"、"足三里"穴,观察大鼠神经功能障碍的程度、缺血区大脑皮层微血管密度的变化。结果: 脑缺血再灌注后,电针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分比模型组低,缺血区大脑皮层微血管密度高于模型组。结论:电针疗法能有效减轻脑缺血再灌注所致的神经功能损伤,并促进缺血区的血管新生,从而发挥脑保护作用。

Objective: To explore the Electro-acupuncture therapy can effectively protect the nerve function and angiogenesis. Methods: Using the Suture-Occuluded method of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model, Electro-acupuncture " Baihui"," Shuigou"," Zusanli", observing rat nerve dysfunction, cerebral cortex microvascular density. Results: After ischemia and reperfusion, Electro-acupuncture group rat nerve deficit score than the model group, ischemia cerebral cortex microvascular density is higher than that of the model group. Conclusion: The use of Electro-acupuncture can protect the nerve function and effectively promote angiogenesis ischemia area.
