煤组成对煤液化的影响
he impact of coal composition on coal liquefaction
煤液化技术有望实现煤的高附加值利用,但目前其基础理论和工艺还未成熟。本文简要介绍了煤液化的机理,重点介绍了煤的显微组分和化学组成(有机组成和无机组成)对煤液化的影响。镜质组和壳质组是液化活性组分,而惰质组是较难液化组分;挥发分高且H/C比高的煤种适宜液化,含侧链较多且煤化程度较低的褐煤相较于芳核结构致密的无烟煤更易于液化,高的矿物质含量是不利于煤液化的,但矿物质中的金属硫化物等却是常用的煤液化催化剂,若含量适当的话,有利与促进煤液化。
oal liquefaction technology is expected to achieve coal's high value-added use, but the basic theory and technology are not mature enough. In this paper, the mechanism of coal liquefaction is introduced briefly. Highlights are laid on the impacts of coal macerals and chemical compositions (organic and inorganic compositions) for coal liquefaction.Vitrinites and liptinites are active to be liquefied, while inertinites are more difficult to be liquefied; coal with high volatile and H / C is suitable for liquefaction. Lignittes with many side chains and low rank is easier to be liquefied than anthracite with dense aromatic structures. A high mineral content is not conducive for coal liquefaction, but the metal sulfide mineral is a common coal liquefaction catalyst. If its content is appropriate, it is beneficial for coal liquefaction.
