he paper deduced the transfer-matrix of homogeneous and isotropic acoustic material, and the relationship between the transfer-matrix and the sound pressure and particle velocity on the surfaces of the acoustic material, study the methods of measuring the sound pressure and particle velocity on the surfaces of the material in wave tube. Then, the whole approach has been completed in theory. A new method is established for porous material’s acoustic parameters measuring.
