为了克服传统离合器噪音大,易磨损等缺点以及现有离心式磁流变液离合器在设计加工上较难实现的困境,特设计一种简单可行的新型磁流变液离合器。通过Ansys的建模和计算优化了磁流变液离合器的磁路,为磁流变液离合器的结构设计和制作提供了理论依据。磁流变液离合器的性能直接依赖于磁流变液的性能。随着磁流变液的性能以及化学物理稳定性的提高,该种简单易行的磁流变液离合器必将在小扭矩传动的轻工业市场有着广阔的前景。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional clutches who have a loud noise and are easily abraded by friction, and to avoid the difficulties in manufacturing the current centrifugal magnetorheological fluid clutches, a new simple and feasible magnetorheological fluid clutch is designed. Optimization of the magnetic circuit is done by modeling and calculating in Ansys which prepares theoretical supports for the structure design and manufacture of the magnetorheological fluid clutch. The performance of the new magnetorheological fluid clutch directly depends on the performances of the magnetorheological fluid used. It’ll have a good future in the market of the light industry which needs for a movement transmission of low twist moment along with the improvement of performances and chemical-physical stabilities of the magnetorheological fluid.
