Online Karaoke Song Switch Recommendation Based on LME
在线KTV作为一种新型多媒体网络应用，最近大量出现在互联网和智能手机上，供用户娱乐和消遣。本文提出一种基于LME模型的推荐算法，为在线KTV用户提供歌曲切换时的推荐。为此，文章中首先介绍了基本的LME模型以及一个考虑了歌曲流行程度的LME模型。之后从计算和优化的角度对算法进行了分析和改进。最后通过对比实验和实例学习，说明在爱吼网的数据上，LME模型能够取得比较理想的歌曲切换推荐效果。
Nowadays, as a new kind of multimedia application for entertinment and amusement, online karaoke emerged both on the Internet and on the smart phones. This paper proposed a recommendation algorithm based on Logistic Markov Embedding (LME) model for providing music switch recommendation. The basic LME model and an improved one considering music popularity were introduced first. Then, this paper discussed the methods for computation and optimization. Finally, using data from ihou.com, the superiority of LME model was proved by experiment and case studies.
