基于马尔科夫模型的再制造厂商零部件需求预测

由于废旧产品及经过拆卸后可用零部件的数量和质量的不确定性,再制造企业很难对产品回收设施能力和生产能力的进行合理的规划。本文通过建立一个马尔科夫模型,对再制造厂商对不同质量层次废旧零部件的需求量进行预测,取得了很好的实用效果。通过对再制造用废旧零部件需求量的预测可以指导企业制定回收计划并进行再制造生产安排,从而合理地对废旧产品的回收流进行控制,对回收计划、库存计划作出合理决策,减少回收流的不确定对厂商的影响。
s the quantity and quality of used products and disassembled parts are uncertain,it is difficult for remanufacturer to dicide its production planning and recovery capability.The present paper focus on forecasting the demand of used parts in different quality levels ,a Markov model is developed to solve it.The result can be used to help remanufacturer to design the recyle planning and production planning,then reduce the impact of the uncertainty of the quantity of used products to remanufancturer.
