目的 对DICOM格式的心脏图像进行分割并实现对DICOM头文件的读写操作,要求是分割的目标区域的像素值保持不变,分割后的图像仍然按照DICOM格式保存,并保证DICOM图像的头文件信息不丢失。方法 基于开源的ITK医学图像处理软件包平台和Visual Studio 2010 IDE开发工具,使用C++语言,采用的是真实人体心脏CT数据集,实现心脏图像的分割及DICOM头文件的读写。结果 基于ITK平台,结合ITK平台提供的基本分割算法,加以改进,能够有效的开发出能满足我们需求的分割算法及头文件的读写工作,并取得较好的效果。?????

Objective to segment the cardiac image and achieve the reading and writing operation of DICOM file's header information, the requirement is: the pixel value of the target area remains unchanged, saving the segmentation image with DICOM format to ensure the header information of DICOM file is not lost.Method to achieve the segmentation of the cardiac image and the reading and writing operation of DICOM file's header information by using the real human heart CT data set based on ITK and VS2010.Result new segmentation algorithm can be developed easily combined with the basic segmentation algorithm provided by ITK platform, the header information of DICOM file can be read and written easily based on ITK platform, besides, the result is very good.?????
