采用熔融淬冷法制备了系列GeSex(x=4、6、7、8、9)玻璃,采用X-射线衍射图谱、可见-近红外透过光谱和拉曼光谱等表征方法,对Ge-Se二元硫系玻璃的成玻性、光学性能进行了研究。在此基础上,利用拉曼散射光谱探测技术,系统探索了Ge-Se二元硫系玻璃激光辐照引起的微观结构演变。结果表明:当使用亚带隙光或带隙光对玻璃样品进行辐照时,拉曼光谱和表面形貌都发生了明显的变化,表明玻璃发生了光致结构变化,且随辐照时间延长,光致结构变化趋于饱和。

he series of GeSex(x=4、6、7、8、9) glasses were prepared via Melting-quenching method. The glass-forming ability and the optical performance was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, Visible-Near Infrared spectra and Raman spectra. The evolvement of microstructure of Ge-Se binary chalcogenide glass caused by the laser irradiation was systematically explored via Raman scattering technique. Raman spectra and surface morphology of the glass sample changed obviously when irradiated by band-gap light or sub-band-gap light. These results shows that a light-induced structural change has happened and it tends to be saturated with the increasing of the time.
