抗温耐盐耐油高效起泡剂的研制及室内评价
Preparation and laboratory evaluation of foaming agent for high temperature, salinity and condensed oil resistant
本文通过对单一表面活性剂的性能测试,优选K-12、ABS、OP-10、自制表面活性剂、平平加五种表面活性剂作为起泡剂主剂,并添加少量EDTA、三乙醇胺作为助剂,进一步改善起泡剂的性能,研制出一种新型起泡剂ZFA,其密度为1.0037g/mL,30℃起泡体积为760mL,泡沫持水量为19.9mL/L,说明该起泡剂具有较好的携液能力,能够满足气井排水采气的目的。实验室性能测试结果表明,ZFA与同类产品相比,具有较好的抗温耐盐性能,并且耐油性能较为突出。
By capability testing of different surfance active agents, selective preference K-12、ABS、OP-10、self-made surfance active agent、peregal as host crystal of foam agent, and add a few of EDTA and triethanolamine into it to improve capability of the foam agent, we prepared a new type of the foam agent ZFA. The density of the foam agent is 1.0037g/mL, foam volume is 760mL at 30℃. ZFA used the solution withdrawal is the largest and the foam flown contains 19.9 mL water per little in average. ZFA can applied in gas well to abstraction of water and gas production. The result of capability testing in laboratory indicate that ZFA has characteristics of high –temperature, high-salinity and condensed oil resistant.
