三叶窑内部燃油燃烧数值模拟
Numerical simulation of combustion in the three leaves rotary kiln for ceramsite
烧胀陶粒的烧制要经过物料烘干、原料配料、混合及造粒成球、烧结和冷却几个阶段,三叶型陶粒回转窑是陶粒烧结的关键设备,而窑内温度的分布对于陶粒烧制起着关键性的作用。文章运用Pro/E软件建立三叶型陶粒回转窑包括燃烧器在内的内部流场区域三维模型,运用CFD流场仿真分析软件Fluent,通过设置边界条件以及非预混燃烧模型、离散相模型用以求解窑内温度分布,并绘制出窑内温度分布曲线,为设计出性能良好的三叶型陶粒回转窑提供依据。
here are several steps in producing expanded ceramsite: drying of material, ingredients of the raw material, granulating the wet material into a ball, roasting and cooling. The three leaves rotary kiln is the key equipment of the ceramsite sintering, and distribution of temperature in the kiln play a great role in sintering the ceramsite. Here we use Pro/E to build the model of fluid aera include the burner part, and use CFD to simulate the combustion model of liquid fuel in the three leaves rotary kiln, we hope to research the temperature distribution in the kiln, and according to the result, we can design better three leaves rotary kilns.
