BP改进算法及其在电压稳定性评估中的应用

n Improved BP Algorithm And Its application in Voltage Stability Assessment

针对基本BP算法存在训练时间长、收敛速度慢等问题,本文采用了一种改进的BP算法,该算法在训练时对不同的连接权值和阈值采取不同的学习速率。并建立了电网电压稳定性分析模型,在Matlab仿真平台上对该改进算法在网络训练中的收敛性能进行了研究,结果表明该改进算法可以有效地提高网络的训练速度和建模精度。

iming at the questions of BP algorithm,such as long training time and slow convergence speed,an improved BP algorithm is issued in this paper. According to this algorithm,different learning rates are applied to different connection weights and threshold values when a BP network is trained. A neural network model is setup to be used on voltage stability, the convergent performance of the improved BP algorithm is studied through the Matlab, The simulation results show that this improved algorithm is able to effectively improve the convergence speed and modeling precision.
