L型复合材料构件拐角孔隙特征定量分析
Quantitative analysis of pore morphology for the corner of L-shape composite components
对L型复合材料构件拐角区的孔隙进行了观察,对孔隙形态特征作了定量分析。结果表明,L型复合材料构件拐角区的孔隙主要分布在富树脂区以及纤维层内,其中富树脂区域内的孔隙又占多数;孔隙的长度、宽度和面积均随着孔隙率的变大有所增大,孔隙最大长宽变化量大于孔隙最小长宽变化量;孔隙长度在 20至30微米之间的孔隙始终占据孔隙的多数,随着孔隙率增大,形状不规则,孔隙长度较大的孔隙增多,孔隙的宽长比减小并且孔隙的长度和宽度与孔隙含量之间分别存在近似对数分布特征。
he pores in the corner of L-shape composite components were observed and the pore morphology was quantitatively analyzed. The results are as shown. The pores are mainly distributed in the rich resin area and in the fiber layer. The pores in the rich resin area are in the majority. Pore length, width and area all increase as the porosity increase. Porosity maximum length and width variation is greater than the minimum length and width variation. With porosity becomes larger, the number of pores which are irregular increases and pore width to length ratio is reduced. But the pores which length are between 20~30 microns has always occupied the majority. When the statistical data of pores is enough, pore length and width respectively has the relationship of approximate logarithmic distribution with the number of pores.
