为了获取万伏以上的高压窄脉冲输出,设计了一种采用高压脉冲变压器电感式功率脉冲电源,同时为了提高电源的重复频率,设计了LCC逆变充电器。省去中间的高频变压器,电源采用逆变输出直接整流对中间储能电容充电的拓扑结构,文中分析了逆变器的工作原理、给出参数设计原则,并分析了电容充电及向脉冲变压器放电的过程。仿真分析表明,电源可实现前沿1.3μs幅值30kV脉宽4μs(90%幅值)的脉冲输出,最高重复工作频率达3.8kHz,充电器稳定工作时的损耗不超过输入功率的5%。该电源结构较简单、成本较低,容易做成紧凑一体化的结构,可作为废气处理电源或其它需要数万伏高压窄脉冲工作的场合。

In order to obtain a high-voltage narrow pulse output of more than 10,000 volts , a pulsed power supply based on inductive energy storage using high-voltage pulse transformer is designed, and simultaneously in order to enhance the repetition rates of the power source, the LCC inverter charger is designed. Omitting the middle high-frequency transformer, the power source adopts the topology in which the inverter output directly rectificates and charges the middle storage capacitor. In this article,the principle of the inverter is analyzed and the parameter selection principles are brought forward. Then the paper analyzes the process of the capacitance charging and discharging to the pulse transformer.The simulation analysis of the power source shows that the power source can achieve the pulse output of 1.3µs rising edge, 30KV amplitude and 90% pulse width 4µs, and the highest repetition work frequency can reach 3.8kHz. The loss of working stability does not surpass 5% of the input power supply. The power source is simple, low cost, and easy to make a compact integrated structure. It can work as waste gas processing power or other work situation which needs tens of thousands of volts high-voltage narrow pulse.
