角接触球轴承静力接触分析
Static Contact Analysis of Angular Contact Ball Bearing
本文结合赫兹接触理论及ANSYS软件,研究角接触球轴承二维及三维结构静力接触特性。提出了二维及三维角接触球轴承结构有限元模型建立方法;确定了加载方案及约束的设定方法;分析了轴承接触特性。仿真结果与赫兹理论计算结果相吻合,验证了本文提出的建模方法、加载方式及所得结论的正确性。本文研究适用于轴承低速运转工况,可为复杂加载工况下轴承的设计及应用提供理论依据。
he static contact analysis of the 2D and 3D angular contact ball bearing is researched based on Hertz theory and ANSYS software in this paper. First, methods for establishing FE models of angular contact ball bearings were proposed. Then constrains and loads were applied. Finally, the contact charicharacteristics of angular contact ball bearings were anaylsis. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical values. It is revealed that the model and boundary conditions are correct and rational, and it would provide a scientific basis for optimum design of rolling bearings under complicated loads and low speed.
