矸石充填巷采相似模拟试验研究
Study of the simulation test of surrounding rock of tunnels filled with gangue
针对巷采矸石充填研究的技术关键,本文通过相似理论按1:200比例进行巷采矸石充填相似模拟实验。模拟结果表明:矸石充填巷道围岩的变形和应力变化随巷道开掘数量增多均呈现阶梯性增长,总体来说,位移和应力分布可以较好的反映巷道围岩变形以及矿压显现规律,说明巷采充填能够很好的控制围岩的变形和降低围岩应力,是一种很有效的开采方式。
In allusion to the key technology of tunnels filled with gangue, based on the similarity theory, this paper conduct the similarity test of gangue filling,according to the ratio of 1:200. The results show that the deformation and stress of surrounding rock of tunnels filled with gangue is ladder growth along with the increased amount of tunnels. Over all, the deformation and stress distribution have its regularity, it can preferably explain the regularity of deformation of surrounding rock of tunnels and appeared mine pressure. It shows that the technology of tunnels filled with gangue can commendably control the deformation of surrounding rock of tunnels and lessen the stress and it is an effective exploitation.
