客车改型及其多目标优化

近年来,国内汽车市场对客车的刚需持续增强,因此,客车开发及其改型设计日趋重要。然而基于现有的有限元方法,完成客车改型需要重新构建几何模型,并且需要耗费大量人力和时间对客车几何模型进行网格划分。传统方法设计周期长,所耗人力较多,不适宜进行客车改型的快速开发。在车身CAE领域,基于网格变形技术的新车型开发是一项新兴的汽车改型设计方法,它直接地对汽车有限元模型进行操作,从而避免了几何模型的构建与网格划分流程,能够快速的完成客车改型设计,周期短,成本低,见效快。本文所研究的内容旨在利用网格变形技术,对原始车型加长、加高、加宽,在满足法规要求的前提下,完成客车快速改型,并研究改型后客车的多个性能参数。最后,选取合适的性能参数为目标,在多个目标当中优化分析。
With the rapid development of the domestic market of coaches, coach modification is particularly important. However, based on the traditional finite element method, to retrofit a coach, a new geometry model needs to be built. Even more, it takes a lot of people quite a long time to mesh the geometry model. The cycles of conventional methods is too long to adapt to rapid retrofit design, especially in the fierce competition markets. The huge costs and much of manpower makes it uneasy to suit the markets demands.In the field of auto-body CAE, retrofit design of coach which is based on the mesh morphing method is an emerging method. It works on finite element model directly, so as to avoid building geometry model and meshing process. So the method is able to complete modification quickly. It has short cycle, low cost and quick effect.This paper aims at using mesh morphing to finish the coach retrofit design. The final purpose is to get a longer, higher and wider coach. Further, choosing properly parameters of the coach to finish multi-objective optimization.
