采空区"三带"的测定,应有正确合理的测点布置方式及先进的技术测试设备与手段,通过采空区温度和气体的成份变化规律的测定,正确全面的分析煤炭氧化变化规律,并得出Ⅱ863工作面的"三带"分布。注氮防灭火的实质是向采空区氧化带内或火区内注入一定流量的氮气,使其氧含量降到10%或3%以下,达到防灭火的目的。根据综放工作面采空区三带分布的范围,论述了综放工作面采空区注氮防灭火工艺,为预防采空区煤炭自然提供了科学依据。

hree zones of mined-out area should be measured with right and reasonable Sensor location and advanced technology equipment and means. With the change rule of temperature and gas composition measured and the rule of coal oxidation analyzed, the distribution of the three zones of mined-out area of Ⅱ863 working face is found. The essence of the nitrogen injection fire prevention is that when a certain flow of nitrogen is injected into the three zones of mined-out area and the oxygen content is lower than 3% to 10%, the fire in mined-out area is stamped out. With the distribution of the mined-out area of the fully mechanized roof-caving face analyzed, the nitrogen injection technological process of the fully mechanized roof-caving face is discussed and the scientific methods to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion are put forward.
