离子液体[bmim]BF4的制备
he Synthesis of Ionic Liquids [bmim]BF4
离子液体由于具有独特的物理化学性能而成为被广为研究的新型的环境友好型反应介质。本文以N-甲基咪唑,溴代正丁烷,四氟硼酸钠为原料,采用两步法合成咪唑基离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([bmim]BF4),重点对第二步合成[bmim]BF4的最佳合成方法、最佳反应时间、最佳反应溶剂进行了探索,实验结果表明微波法能有效地合成离子液体,且最佳的合成条件是反应时间为30mim,丙酮作为反应溶剂。试验产物用IR进行了确认。
Room temperature ionic liquids have been widely studied as new types of environmentally friendly reaction media, owing to their unique physicochemical properties . In this paper, Ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]) was synthesized through two step method under microwave irradiation using N-methylimidazole, 1- bromobutane, Sodium fluoroborate as starting materials, and the experiments were mainly examined the effects of reaction methods, reaction time and reaction solvents on the synthesis of [bmim]BF4 in the second step. The results showed that [bmim]BF4 was synthesized effectively by the microwave synthesis method.The optimum synthetic conditions of the target product [bmim]BF4 were obtained as follows: reaction time was 30mim,reaction solvents was acetone . The target product was characterized by IR.
