基于小波的图像压缩方法研究
Wavelet-based image compression method
井下采集到的图像往往比较大,且受传输网络带宽的限制,直接上传耗费时间,另一方面,井下图像在采集、传输等的过程中,不可避免地会混入噪声,造成图像质量下降,基于此,本文着重研究图像的压缩,重点研究了嵌入式零树编码算法(EZW),分析了其原理及实现过程,在此基础上,结合井下图像的视觉特点及人眼的视觉生理特性,对EZW算法进行了改进,从理论上论述了其可行性,并通过仿真实验,验证了改进算法的性能。
he images got from the underground are often larger and limited by the transmission network bandwidth , which , on one hand , are time-consuming when directly uploaded , on the other hand , the process of underground images acquisition and transmission inevitably are mixed with noise , resulting in decreased image quality . Based on the above discussion , the purpose of the research focuses on the compression of images , especially on the embedded zero-tree coding (EZW) , also the paper analyzes the principle and the implementation process , combines the visual characteristics of underground images and the physiological characteristics of human visual to improve the EZW algorithm , discourses its feasibility theoretically and Verifies the improved performance of the algorithm by the simulation experiment.
