基于进化博弈理论的技术标准竞争研究

In order to protect the national interests, every country in the world has been competing to adopt Technical Barriers to Trade strategy. In this paper with the dynamic game theory as basic research framework, using the evolutionary game theory, two ways have been introduced to study the independent innovation and results during the process of technical standards innovation strategy. Combining with the strategy of Technical Barriers to Trade of the current international market, point out that most technical backwardness countries have streamed to the road of research and development, and put forward some suggestions on the strategy of technical innovation for our country.
