植物根系识别研究综述

传统观念认为植物没有感知能力,也不会与其他植物发生交流。但近些年关于植物的行为,植物间的交流和相互作用得到了较多的关注和研究。在这篇综述中,将主要关注植物是如何通过根系进行相互识别的,包括自身的识别和对相邻植株的亲缘识别。同时本综述将探讨识别的具体生理机制(振荡假说等)和一些生态与进化的问题,包括生态位理论和亲缘选择理论等。

raditional views consider that plants couldn't recognize their neighboring plants. In recent years there have been many studies about plant communication and interaction. In this review, we will focus on how plants recognize their neighbors by root systems, including self/non-self recognition and kin recognition. Furthermore, this review will discuss the physiological mechanisms of recognition and its role in ecology and evolution, including niche theory and kin selection theory.
