输煤皮带机械化采样的精密度测定和偏倚试验
Bias experiments and determination of precision for mechanical sampling on the coal conveying belt
人工采样因受外界诸多因素影响会导致所采煤样代表性变差,存在着明显误差。而机械化采样则可以完全规避人工采样的弊端。针对潞安环能公司常村矿选煤厂现场情况研制了新型采样机,并对采样机进行了精密度测定和偏倚试验的研究。实验结果表明,新型采样机所采煤样的精密度达到期望精密度要求,采样系统无偏倚。
Manual sampling is affected by varieties of outside factors. As a result, the representative of collected coal samples degrades and apparent error exists. However, the mechanical sampling method avoids the disadvantages of manual sample collection. New coal sampler is developed according to site conditions of CHANGCUN coal cleaning plant at Lu an Environmental Energy Company. The determination of precision and bias experiments for the new coal sampler were carried out. The results show that the precision of the coal samples collected by the new coal sampler meet the requirements for precision and there is no bias for the coal sampling system.
