针对有机太阳能电池制备过程中的溶剂正交问题,目前人们发展了醇溶性以及水溶性的有机材料来修饰ITO表面,以调控ITO的表面功函数和提高最终器件的光电性能。本文在介绍醇溶性和水溶性聚合物的基础上,重点论述了基于共价表面修饰ITO及改变其表面功函的方法。这种方法有望实现更加稳定的有机表面修饰膜的制备,并彻底解决溶剂正交问题。

Modification of ITO with alcohol-soluble or water-soluble organic materials is an effective method to control the work function of ITO, which to solve the solvents orthogonal problems in preparation of polymer solar cells. Some methods based on the above strategy were introduced. And then, we underline another strategy, covalently modifying ITO, and introduce some recently developed methods. The modification of ITO by covalent grafting discussed detailedly in this paper would be a more desirable strategy to fabricate a stable organic modified layer and a radical solution of solvents miscibility.
