超声波法提取茶皂素的工艺研究
echnological study on extraction of tea saponin by ultrasonic -assisted method
以废弃茶叶籽仁为原料,在超声波振荡条件下,以水为溶剂提取茶皂素,分别考察了提取温度、超声波功率、料液比和提取时间等因素对产率的影响。经正交试验优化的工艺条件为:提取温度为50℃、超声波功率800W、料液比1∶4、提取时间22min。此条件下茶皂素的产率为12.85%。
ea saponin was extracted with water as solvent from Camellia seed by ultrasonic - assisted method. The effects of the factors,including solution temperature, ultrasonic power, the ratio of material to liquid and the ultrasonic time on the yield rate were investigated.The optimal process parameters obtained are as follows: solution temperature 50℃, ultrasonic power 800W,the ratio of material to liquid 1:4, the ultrasonic time 22 min,the yield rate of tea saponin from Camellia seed reached 12.85%..
