心安胶囊中金丝桃苷的含量测定
etermination of the contents of hyperoside in Xin’an Capsule
目的 建立心安胶囊中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。 方法 采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(150×4.6mm，5μm)，流动相为乙腈-甲醇-四氢呋喃-0.5%冰醋酸(1：1：19.4：64.2)，检测波长为363nm。 结果 金丝桃苷峰与其他杂质峰分离良好，在0.04048～0.4048μg范围内，线性关系良好(r=0.9996)，平均回收率为98.83%，RSD=1.36%(n=9)。 结论 该方法简便易行，准确性好，可用于心安胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method to Determination of the contents of hyperoside in Xin’an Capsule. Method: A DiamonsilTMC18 column (150×4.6mm，5μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-methanol- tetrahydrofuran-0.05% glacial acetic acid (1:1:19.4:64.2), the detection wavelength was at 363nm. Result: The linear range of hyperoside was in the range of 0.04048～0.4048µg, r=0.9996, the average recovery as 98.83%, RSD = 1.36%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple、accurate and credible. It can be used for the quality control of Xin’an Capsule.
