双重任务在帕金森病康复治疗中的应用进展

Parkinson\'s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease related to age. The incidence of Parkinson is increasing year by year in the world. The patients have more or less obstacles in sports ability, cognitive ability, language expressive ability and perception, which seriously affect the quality of life of the patients, and increase the burden of care and economic burden on family and society. The existing traditional rehabilitation therapy is not effective in the treatment of Parkinson\'s disease. Dual task training, as a new kind of rehabilitation therapy in recent years, fully combines patients\' real life scene and daily activity function needs, and the task of combining exercise and cognition is shown to be good in the rehabilitation therapy of Parkinson\'s disease. The status of functional improvement is outlined in the current dual tasks in Parkinson\'s rehabilitation therapy.
