纹理材料的缺陷检测对于提高表面质量具有重大意义。数字图像处理方法已广泛应用于缺陷检测领域中。作为缺陷在线检测系统来说,研究缺陷的快速检测算法是是分别要的。本文针对快速检测的要求,研究了基于多元判别函数的纹理材料表面缺陷的快速检测方法。该方法通过网格将图像分块,然后在每一块内提取相应的特征,从而保证较小的缺陷不被遗漏。根据提取的特征,建立多元判别函数模型,用于判断每个小块内是否包含缺陷,从而达到缺陷的快速检测的目的。实验结果证明,本文提出的方法能够方便、准确地检测出缺陷。

efect inspection in textured material is of great importance to improve the quality. Digital image processing methods have been developed for defect detection for past few years. As an automated on-line detection system, the research on rapid defect detection is quite significant. In this paper, an approach to detect defects of textured material based on multivariate discriminant function is discussed. By subdividing the images into blocks and extracting related features, tiny defects are effectively detected. With the inspection of the defects, a multivariate discriminant function model has been established. The experimental results prove the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method.
