基于离散层模型的木基压电层合板形变理论研究

本文借助离散层模型研究了由木材和压电材料组成的木基压电层合板在力场、电场、温度场及湿度场综合作用下的相互耦合效应,并通过实验测出松木/PZT-5A层合板与杨木/PZT-5A层合板在给定电压作用于各自压电层时产生的应变情况。经过实验结果与利用离散层模型所求得数值解的比较,验证了离散层模型的合理性。该模型的建立为今后工程中预测木基智能结构的变形、裂纹产生位置,从而提高结构安全性奠定了理论基础。

bstract: This research addresses the behavior of adaptive wood composites. Structures of interest are the form of multiplayer laminated plates composed of wood and piezoelectric materials. Discrete-layer model was applied in the numerical compute, and the strain was obtained with the pine/PZT-5A and poplor/PZT-5A laminate plates under the voltage. The good agreement between the numerical compute and experiment indicates that the discrete-layer model is reasonable and efficient. By established the model, we can forecast the deformation and locate the crack, then improved structure security.
