基于ARM 的GPRS阴极保护远程监控系统研究
Research of Remote Monitoring System on Cathodic Protection Based on ARM & GPRS
本文分析了阴极保护效果的影响因素,提出了一种结合杂散电流监控系统实现阴极保护参数监控的方案。阐述了基于LPC2378 的阴极保护监测装置系统构成,对控制主回路进行了设计分析和设计,详细论述了其电压电流监测单元,给出了信号处理和AD 转换电路的硬件设计, GPRS通讯电路。最后给出了实例说明本系统具有实用性。
In this paper, analyzes the factors influencing cathodic protection,and put forward a cathodic protection parameters monitoring scheme,which combining the stray current monitoring system. LPC2378 is presented based on the cathodic protection monitoring device system,and designs a cathodic protection control device main circuit, voltage current monitoring unit was described in detail. It also gives the hardware design of the signal processing and AD transform circuit and GPRS communication. Finally the example proves that the system has practicability.
