超高机械压力对ZA27合金组织形貌及固态相变的影响
EFFECT ON MICROSTRUCTURAL MORPHOLOGY AND PHASE TRANSITION OF ZA27 ALLOY UNDER SUPER HIGH-PRESSURE
在高机械压力作用下制备了小尺寸ZA27合金试样,借助金相分析、X射线衍射、透射等分析手段对高机械压力作用下的 ZA27合金枝晶形貌机理、固态相变进行了研究。实验结果表明:在5GPa高压下,1500℃时,高压下合金凝固的溶质扩散系数与常压下的溶质扩散系数的比值为Dp/D0=6.724×10-4m3/mol, 降低了近四个数量级; 压力增加,过冷度增加,在不同过冷度下枝晶形貌明显不同,枝晶形态分别从粗大的树枝晶-细小的树枝晶-粒状-蠕虫状-枝晶臂尺寸明显变细的树枝、雪化状;合金在空气中静置时效数月之后,经透射与X射线衍射分析,确定调幅分解的存在,从XRD衍射曲线上可以看出,调幅分解的发生是从 晶面处开始.
ZA27 alloy was produced under super high pressure, Through Metallography microscope、 XRD、TEM reveales ZA27 changes of dendritic morphology and solid phase transition. Results show that when 5GPa super high pressure, 1500℃, common pressure compared with 5GPa , the ratio of solute diffusion coefficient is 6.724×10-4m3/mol, reduced by nearly four orders of magnitude; melting and supercooling of ZA27 are raised with the pressure increased, there have been siganificant changes on ZA27 alloy dendritic morphology under different pressure. Their dendritic morphology change from thick dentrite、thin dentrite、granular crystal、vermiform morphology to flakes and dendritic morphology of very fine dendrites; aged in the air a few months later , fix the existence of ZA27 alloy AM decomposition by XRD、TEM. It can be seen that it happens from crystal face originally.
