转子位置传感器的安装给无刷直流电动机带来诸多问题,因此无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机在某些场合具有较大优势。本文详细分析了无刷直流电动机及其控制系统的工作原理,阐述了利用反电动势法获得转子位置信号的原理。在此基础上,针对无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机,设计了一种基于专用控制芯片ML4428和集成驱动电路IR2130的控制系统,对电机起动过程和调速过程进行了阐述,计算了控制系统中的重要参数,并最终给出了详细的硬件电路,系统成本低廉并且具有响应快速的优势。

he installation of rotor position sensor brings many problems to brushless DC motor, therefore, sensorless brushless DC motor has great advantage in some case. In this paper, The principles of brushless DC motor and its control system are analyzed in detail, as well as the principle of back-EMF which is used to get the rotor position. Based on this, a design used ML4428 and IR2130 as a core for controlling the BLDCM without any rotor position sensor is given, including the calculation methods of several important parameters and the detailed hardware circuit. The start process of the BLDCM system and the speed regulation process are also explained amply in the paper.The system is very cheap and responds quickly.
