RGO/HA复合水凝胶的制备及其载药性能研究

Study on the Preparation and Drug Loading Performance of rGO/HA Composite Hydrogel

本文通过简单的水热合成法,制备了还原氧化石墨烯/羟基磷灰石(rGO/HA)复合水凝胶。对产物的形貌、结构、物相进行了表征,并对其药物的负载及释放能力进行了研究。结果表明,该复合水凝胶拥有三维网状空间结构,并具有较好的药物负载能力。当GO与HA加入物质的量比为2:5时,复合水凝胶对模拟药物亚甲基蓝(MB)的负载率为3.98 μg/mg。在37℃时,负载的MB从rGO/HA复合水凝胶中释放达到平衡需要4 h。因而这种复合水凝胶材料拥有很好的载药和药物缓释性能。该研究为设计和开发新型药物载体提供了启示。

In this study, the reduced graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite (rGO/HA) composite hydrogel was prepared by simple hydrothermal synthesis method. Then the morphology, structure and phase of the products were characterized. The drug loading and releasing ability were also studied. The results indicate that the composite hydrogel has a three-dimensional mesh space structure,and possesses well drug (methylene blue, MB) loading capacity. When the mass ratio of the GO to HA is 2:5, the loading rate of the composite hydrogel for MB reaches 3.98 μg/mg. At 37℃, it costs 4 h to release MB from rGO/HA composite hydrogel, showing that the composite hydrogel material also has sustained release performance. This study provides enlightenments for designing and preparing new drug carriers.
