奎屯河流域的土壤样品中HCH残留量分析研究

对所采集的新疆奎屯河流域的土壤样品,采用电子捕获检测器的气相色谱方法分析了其中HCH的残留量,研究结果表明:在所研究的土壤剖面中,HCH以天北新区葡萄园残留量最高,其次是古尔图镇北11Km棉地,125团西侧2Km弃耕地,古尔图镇北6Km棉地,苏来曼克斯套林场。HCH在土壤剖面中的纵向分布总体上是随着土壤剖面的加深而降低,但在古尔图镇北11Km棉地剖面40cm处,125团西侧2Km弃耕地剖面80~100cm处有异常高值。估计这种异常现象与该层位的理化性质有关。HCH各异构体中以γ-HCH残留最大,可能是使用了HCH的替代品林丹粉的缘故。天北新区葡萄园HCH的污染严重,HCH总量达2415.46μg/kg,远远超过了无公害农产品粮食类产地土壤质量指标(≤500μg/kg)。

his paper studies the distribution of HCH in soil samples of Kuitun River Basin in Xinjiang area using a gas chromatography(GC) equipped with a electron capture detector(ECD). The results show that the highest concentration of HCH can be found in Tianbei New District Grapery. Concentration in the cotton field located in the 11Km north of Guertu Town is the next. Then the concentrations from the highness to the low lever are the derelict land in the west of the 125th Regiment, the cotton field located in the 6Km north of Guertu town and the Sulaimankesitao Forest Farm. The concentration of HCH decreased with the depth. While in the 40cm deep soils of the cotton field located in the 11Km north of Guertu Town and 80~100cm deep of the derelict land in the west of the 125th Regiment, the concentrations of HCH are abnormally high. Perhaps the physical and chemical features of soil are the most important factors influencing the vertical distribution of HCH. The concentration of γ-HCH is the highest among the HCH isomers. Using Lindane powder as the substitute of HCH is maybe the main reason. The contamination of HCH in Tianbei New District Grapery is severous .The amount of HCH in Tianbei New District Grapery reaches 2415.46μg/kg, which has exceeded the index (≤500μg/kg) of the soil quality of nuisanceless agricultural products.
