家电产品退货逆向物流研究——以国美为例

Firstly, the development situation of Reverse logistics at home and abroad is introduced in this paper. Then the reason of product-return and some solutions are analyzed. And taking the case of Gome, its logistics model is introduced and its product-return situation is analyzed. Accordingly, the paper puts forward a reasonable product-return process. At last, this paper comes up with some strategies for electrical appliances and manufacturer companies in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of product-return.
