我国有色金属工业技术创新体系动态评价体系研究
he Study on Dynamic Evaluation System of Technical Innovation System in China Non-Ferrous Metal Industry
为科学评价我国有色金属工业技术创新体系对环境的适应性和对技术创新推动的有效性,需要建立一个科学完善评价体系的来考察技术创新体系的绩效。本文通过分析我国有色金属工业技术创新体系动态评价的目标,提出了相应的评价指标体系,建立了基于全要素生产率和BP神经网络的创新体系动态评价模型,并利用统计数据对1996年~2005年我国金属矿产业技术创新水平和影响因素的评价进行了实证分析
o evaluate the technology innovation system of Chinese non-ferrous metal how to adapt to the environment and push the innovation effectively, the evaluation system is be designed to measure the performance of technology innovation. In this paper, the objectives of the technology innovation appraisement system is analyzed, the evaluation system is put forward, and the evaluation model based on the total factor productivity and BP neural network is built. The empirical study is made to the evaluation of china non-ferrous metal industry technical innovation level and determinants between 1996 and 2005.
