SUMF2在各组织中表达情况的研究

Objective: To analyze the expression of SUMF2 in various organs and the positive degree of immunohistochemistry slice. Methods: Constructing the cDNA template of rat's SUMF2 of the bile duct cell、adrenal cell、intestinal epithelial cell and squamous cell through antigen-antibody reaction and measuring the expression of the SUMF2 in rats and in all these kinds of human organs cell through immunohistochemistry antigens reaction. Results:The expression of SUMF2 was related to glandular secretion, which was increased in bile duct cell、adrenal cell and the intestinal epithelial cell of the digestive system. Express positive in tubules squamous cell and negative in glomerulus. Conclusion: The analysis of SUMF2 expression in various organs and the positive degree of immunohistochemistry slice have provided basis for further study on SUMF2's expression.
